I've been smoking for a couple years and I want to stop, I tried several times to stop smoking but I can't.
I wanted to ask for some advices, good ways to stop, because I don't think it's possible to stop from day to night.
I spend like 60/70€ every month in cigarettes and I know it's a lot... 

Please give me some advices

Been smoking since about 2012. Only times I've been close to quitting is being broke.
If you're anything like me cold turkey isn't the way to go. The zyns (or other "nicotine pouches") are a really good nicotine replacement imo and have worked better than any patch/gum.
Whenever you think you're ready you just need to be strong and truly commit to it. It's going to suck and you're going to be in pain but just remember the outcome will be worth it.
Have something to chew on to curb cravings, stay distracted, and try to break your daily schedule to confuse your dumb monkey (human) brain (this genuinely works)
Stay strong my friend and dms open if needed
