Additional Information: I used his service for ftid v3, Submitted 6 labels out of which 3 got delivered and rest 3 werent delivered and stuck. Since last 2 weeks he's telling me it will be redropped but nothing. 2 labels have crossed 2 weeks mark and they are not delivered and stuck with zero redrop. 3rd label the company received an empty envelope, Which i asked him for credit he said no. Replies are super slow as you have to wait 48 hours for him to reply.
