Weight liting has saved my body from crumbling down, biggest biceps = lesser strain while in front of the computer! Seriously, its not that hard getting it into a habit.

Hey man, sounds dope Def go for it it can be lots of fun especially working out with friends. I used to go the gym but it's closed now because of corona of course but I use some equipment at home, I'll provide my gym workout link. Really like it myself since its simple but got me a lot of progress :)
