I don't think that you can really "learn" reverse engineering because it should come naturally once you understand the architecture you're working with, unless you're referring to learning how to use the tools once you understand the architecture you're working with, in which case that would make sense to me.

An example would be if you were trying to reverse engineer a native binary. You wouldn't "learn how to reverse engineer" it, you'd study the correct instruction set that you'll be working with and would learn how to use the tools you'll be using for disassembly, debugging, etc.
