Additional Information: So I was interested in the ebook he was selling. He said in the thread, that he would accept PayPal as a payment method but I should contact him through discord.
Since his discord tag this thread was invalid I check for his newest thread and I got his discord name from there. After adding it he answered me some question which I asked him. After sending him the money through PayPal ( $45 ) he told me that his PayPal account got limited and he told me to just refund. But I couldnt since I send him the money through F&F. He told me that he couldnt activate his PayPal account since he is underage. So I said ok and asked him to send the half of the price in btc. He said ok and after making the transaction he just blocked me.
