Additional Information:  I bought a nintendo config. You can see the entire conversation before i paid, and he never mentions nothing about capture. He just told full capture and thats it. After i paid, he told me that capture has problems. 
 Im using a combo i used before like 6 months. and i know that my combo is private and high quality. So in the scan, im getting not also wrong hits (he says something about capmonster timeout, which maybe he is right, but im still getting hits when they are bad accounts) but like 3 captures in 300 hits (they are not even real hits, they are  false  hits) 
He supposely had a config (the one i was buying), and he sends me 4 different configs later. I mean. He didnt even had the config finished. You can check in images.
He states in his defense that if you login many times, OB doesnt get capture. I gave him a acc that i logged in like 10 times before givin it to him to try and he send me a screenshot with game capture. I mean,  he is the luckiest men on earth and im not.
In synthesis, he gave a non finished config, which doesnt get captures at all, pass lot of accounts like false hits and also after i purchase he tells me, capture doesnt work well.  Why on earth would i buy something that doesnt get captures when its something essential on this kind of configs. Theres a public nintendo config that gives you hit without capture. (even it doesnt give you false hits like the one i received) . If you need any more proofs, i can keep sending all the conversation.

I had several versions on my computer since I just made config. I sent the wrong version when he bought it. Not long after I realized I sent the wrong config, and apologized. I sent the version that works fine on my side. I used 2captcha when checking accounts. But he was using capmonster and had timeout problem in captcha solving.He saw not valid hits came across as captcha was not resolved. When he said he saw fake hits, I checked the config again and it was not a problem on my side, but again, thinking it might be due to captcha, I added an extra stage and sent it again. When he said there were still problems, I connected to rdp with him anydesk and then saw the captcha timeout problem. I fixed that problem too and config started working properly for him. I have said in my first sale and afterwards that there might be problems in getting Capture, this was due to login trying too much. He requested a refund after solved all problems... Couldn't even get the exact price that I normally sell. I always tried to support during and after sales. Even though it was not my problem that the captcha solver he used did not solve the captcha,I fixed him problem anyway. After solving all the problems he was experiencing, he started asking for a refund. He received the configuration and i fixed all the problems he was experiencing. I even sent the settings of the openbullet version it uses.

He did not fix that problem. I can send video. He claims himself that problem its solved, but it isnt. You ask me if he tried? Yeah. he tried to solve, but he didnt. Aynone can try to help solve the problem, the thing is that you have to fix it. Again, he himself claims that he added a stage, that he fixed the problem, but im still getting false hits, getting 1 capture or less every 100 HITS !.
I can send config if you want. Got no problem. His clients uses capmonster with 200 bots supposely, he sent me a screenshot of a conversation he had with a customer. So , all the other customers can use capmonster, and i cant ?  Come on. Lets be serious. 
Again, he tried to solve, yes, he tried and i never said he didnt. But he claims that his config is working fine but it isnt, and rejects to pay refund because he himself thinks config is ok.

The capture issue has been resolved and I have sent the new version. He had sent the money incomplete while purchasing the config. He owes me $44 ..

I didnt even try this version. Guy assumes things. First he says open scam report, i dont care. Now magically he sends config and says fixed.  i didnt even try the config neither responded. And possibly will be the same. getting hits without capture. I cant keep wasting time and money on proxies with a defectous config. 
As i said ,he advertise something , sells unfinished config and tells capture doesnt work after paying. Proofs on images. 
I want my money refunded plz. Dont wanna try that messed up config. (he sells something, and then HE SENT ME 4 DIFFERENT CONFIGS in a short timeframe of hours !!! ) . 
Anyone can upload images and stating it works. I challenge an admin to use the config with a combo i send and tell me if it works properly.

I never responded to that message, and he insta post here . Assuming it was fixed. Howcome something is fixed just for him.
Oh and another thing. He said that the problem was mine that config was working fine etc etc. (check proofs plz ) Now magically he sends a FIXED config. 
Please let's take things seriously. If something was ok , why he now sends me a fixed config, if it was never broken.

i insist. 
i challenge a admin to download config, use capmonster and try the config . 
I will send 10 working accounts, and see the result.
The proofs he sends clearly states, not capturing if many logings attempts (but he tells that after the payment and as a warranty for him for a defectuous capturing config i believe), but i think its something he is inventing. Cause as i stated before, i logged in like 10 times in an account (from web and trying to get capture, always getting bad result), and after that i sent it to him, and he somehow made a succesfull check with capture and everything. (i have the picture he sends , i can send it ) .
The last config i used, Almost all checks were hits (false hits) and 3/300 captures. I know my combo is hq cause i insist, used it 6 months ago until a week or two ago and never had a problem before nintendo updated.
It doesnt even get captures on my own nintendo acc. Lets be serious. 
I can also sell a faulty car, get the money and say, oh hey, maybe sometimes it doesnt start. I give the car back and then he states , its fixed. Then i use the car again, and same problem. Who is the one that decides whats fixed or not ?
If the config worked fine, why the hell would i be wasting time writing this, when i can be selling and making plenty much more money. Lets be reasonable for a moment. 
I dont care what other clients says, im taking care of my money. What other people say ,its not my problem. How do i know if its real ?
One more time. Any admin , with the permission of Sedy of course, can please use the config with capmonster .
I can create 10 fresh accounts if you want. You will see it doesnt get capture or it just says Fail or Error .  
Im that sure that config doesnt work properly.

I've been using nintendo config around 6 months already. 
I think i pretty much know if something works good or not. 
I can make a video of how the config doesnt work if you want too . Not a single problem.
My video will be like this :

1. Download config from discord
2. Download open bullet fresh
3.Enter a valid account on nintendo webpage to see it logins.
4. Use same account in open bullet.
5.Use luminati proxies and paid capmosnter.
