I ended up here on Cracked, after i have been searching for some SMTPs. I joined his discord to try his products out, but started out small, by buying a one or two SMTP's for like 30-50$ from his shoppy site (see screenshots).

No issues so far, fast delivery, and seller was fast to answer my questions etc. The SMTP i bought, didnt work though, but seller responded me quick, and gave me a replacement. I then bought a 250$ SMTP from his shoppy site and it was here everything went shit from sellers side. 

The SendGrid account I initially bought for 250$ was already softbanned due to a billing issue within the account (see screenshots) And before we even knew this, we installed the server, and did a test. Nothing went through (see screenshots) We then contacted supporty, and they told us that the reason was due to a billing issue within the account (see screenshots)

After notifying seller about this, he went kinda hostile, and started saying something like: "weLL ThaTs a RiSk YoU aRe TakInG by BuyIng illegal BlaCkHat StuFf" At first i was kinda confused, because who would say something retarded like that??? 

And since a complete refund seemed completely out of the picture, I was like hey dude, just give me your 2xSendGrid accounts (total 1 million emails/plan) Even though this was far from the initial account (2.5 million plan) He kinda refused, and tried to rip me off again by offering me a sendgrid account with a total 150K plan. I refused...

Since that, he has been ignoring me for days to the point that i dont want anything from this dude again. Never. But for some reason, he his not ignoring new customers apparently, since my friend contacted him, trying to jebait him (screenshots of this is also provided).

Last but not least, looking through his chat history on discord, i see there was a handfull of people experiencing the same shit as I did. 

And yeah btw. The account i initially bought, didnt have any billing/data history, which means the chances for an account hold/review was relatively high, which is kinda out of the ordinary to buy if you are a bulkmailer and this was never stated in the description either.

As you can clearly see from the chat of ours. I gave the dude a working account. Which on the exact listing ( pictured below) that he purchased says the he, by purchasing is agreeing to knowing how to use, and agreeing to my TOS(also pictured below). I treated this as a special case and offered him a partial replacement for his unfortunate situation (I was going to sell for $125, so 50%). I apologize that you experienced a negative situation but the reality of the situation is when you buy accounts acquired like this, this is the risk. I never insulted you or anything like that buyer, so i dont appreciate you doing that to me. Especially when what i said is completely valid. This is part of the risk. 


The screenshot of the valid account he originally bought(when accounts have issues with billing it would have a notice about it above the plan not to mention the account status, which is in the capture i included with his purchase. Was active, if there were billling issues it would have been noted and i only sell accounts that return statuses of active :

There is not any need for me to post our conversations. But I will restate, I clearly gave him a working account, which after he logged in and did some stuff, he got locked out of. Under no obligation to resolve it due to the clearly stated TOS, I partially replaced his account which you can also clearly see in the screenshots the buyer posted. The replacement account, while its true did not have nearly the sending limit that the original account did was valued at $125, 50% of what he initially paid which is I think pretty typical in these extenuating circumstance situations with private internet sales(IE: Darknet markets, etc.). He stated that wasn't good enough for him and while I feel for him. I did what I agreed to do and more and I am not refunding him or letting him dictate what I give him as a replacement.

First of all, his ToS is bullshit when it comes to sendgrid accounts. Second Your'e such a fucking scumbag liar. Nice that you could add some more ToS huh? Regardless, its bs.  Why would you risk your operation for 250$?? Are you that desperate?

I never touched that replacement account of yours. Fact is, that you gave me an account that did not work which is very clear. Either you give me a suitable replacement or you refund, simple as that, and you werent even close to that.

The account was doomed from the beginning. I dont even think its a cracked account but looked more like a farmed carded account.

Pretty ironic that you call yourself the sendgrid king, buy you actually dont have any clue how the sendgrid account works. Also you yourself changed password on that account recently.

Im not risking my operation, i have legit never called myself sendgrid king youre trying to get too personal with this shit bro. Both of you are. Im not risking my operation. I am just not giving into people trying to manipulate the situation to get more when i did what i was contracted to do. If you dont like it dont buy cracked accounts. Its that fucking simple. I have had hundreds of transactions and you are the only two fucking people complaining. I absolutely know how sendgrid works dumbass, what are you talking about i changed the password on what account???
