according to the outtea store regulations( https://outtea.cc/terms ), you won't get a replace because you used a higher fraud score ip than 0

 the buyer accepted the terms and conditions if he bought an account
 and he used a fraud score higher than 0 and this caused the account to be blocked

it's not my fault, it's the buyer's sole fault that he can't read the shop regulations
