I can send the parts of the Discord chat where @Technologies told me that the price is 2$ per account, without me lowering price or anything like that, just when I asked what would he charge for 20 accounts, so I can try as a sample:

after that, he asked for another 10$(after me sending the agreed 40$), and in the end he came up with a story that he actually wanted to give me a lower price, and that the price is 60$(instead of originally agreed upon 40$) because I didnt want to send the additional 10$
