This guy has been using my service for over a month now. Going on about 6 weeks to be exact. There are over 230+ configs in the cloud which I rely on customers to report broken so I can remove until fixed. This user has contacted me multiple times for IP updates but never once reported a broken config. Meaning this user has been using my service for weeks just fine and now has decided he wants a refund. My terms of service are clearly posted on my sales thread.

This user is trying to get a refund on a very small portion of Valid Mail configs being outdated. Instead of reporting configs he is attempting to extort me instead. I have provided exactly what I advertised and see no reason for a refund. Hes been using my service with no complaints and then one day he changes his mind and decides to open a scam report to extort me although I have done nothing wrong.

I have been in service for over a year, so yes there are some configs that are outdated but If no one reports them I just assume they are still working. This scam report doesn't make any sense. If it bothers the user so much I will remove them from the cloud but I don't see any grounds for a refund, especially since by purchasing a subscription he agreed to my terms of service.

I'd also like to point out this user subscribed on May 20th and has not said anything for 6 weeks. He literally just changed his mind one day and opened this scam report without ever mentioning any problems although we have had communicated many times.

This user has falsely opened a scam report after actively using my service for over a month so yes I have revoked his access to the service he is complaining about until this is resolved.

If I have to refund his money for whatever reason why would I still allow him to use my service?

If I am in the wrong I will refund him.

If I am not in the wrong I will give him back access and he can continue to use my service as he has been doing.

I don't see anything wrong with that. It just goes to show that I am providing the service that he paid for and he still wants to use it. This user is attempting to extort me and is now threatening to harm my business over a few outdated configs. The configs hes talking about is not even 5% of the configs in the config cloud. This is harassment for no reason.






I don't know if this guys rent is due or he's hungry and cant afford food and thats why he opened a scam report but lets be real here. Why did it take you 6 weeks to bring this to my attention and why did you go straight to opening a scam report instead telling me you had an issue?

This is pure bullshit. Heres proof that he just one day decided the config cloud is "Not It". He even claims to have talked to Liars before even telling me he had an issue which is 99% most likely not even true. Its just an attempt to bully me into refunding him. Why would you go to Liars first, and why would he tell you to open this scam report?




Please note how actively he has been using my service in the past week alone with no issues and then one BOOM - SCAM REPORT!
