Additional Information: Hopefully I took screenshots before he blocks me on telegram. He was supposed to deliver me a fully verified instagram account as said on his thread and the screenshots above.

Please admins, ban him before he take money from other people! 

These people are heartless and won't hesitate to give you advice and make you think they're real salespeople!
