Guys, I have been trying to get good rate (lowest possibly) on dollar.
I can see many people selling on paxful like sites at higher than current rate on USD. Please suggest the best place. Appreciate your suggestion.

Open a coin base account. The lowest you can purchase bitcoin would be the current price. If you need I can do Paypal to BTC.
