Additional Information: basically, user made me some tools, only one of which got to a point that they were actually usable. I told him many times that it was a bundle deal for me, all were needed, or all were useless. He kept asking for payment, eventually when he got it, stopped being responsive, and took too long to finish the last tool. Its still not finished, and now one of the other tools got patched. I am done playing his games, hes been walking me in circles blaming me. On top of this, I found him on MY RDP, checking 2m lines and he claimed hes "optimizing" vm, but never changed either of the 2 blocks on the vm lmao. User also told me at the very start that he will ONLY SELL THE TOOL TO ME, then 3 days in goes "bro the other guy who got the tool checked 5m lines already". Why does someone else have the tool he told me he will only sell to me? Just ban this retard lol.

@Liars please check video and screenshots in dm. as you can see I said it was bundle deal. whenever he provides me final tools after main one is killed, (you need the main tool, to do anything with the other tools.) Also, for whatever claim of "well vm worked for 12 hrs.." for whatever short time it worked PRIOR TO ALL BEING DELIVERED BTW, he was still working on MY RDP, so I couldnt even use anything. I got 0 use out of his tools. Let me know if youd like me to send the tools to you also @Liars. You can see the shitty puppyteers delivered werent worth what I paid too. 

His $500 vm was 2 blocks. A request box of a public api, that I ALREADY PAID FOR, and a keycheck. His method was "do the captcha every now and then". Ban this dumbass lol.
