Additional Information : The bot is just an image. 11 days later they sent me a bot that didn't work. I tag lesnos to test the bot. Have a trusted twitch seller test the bot because these guys think they can fool the forum moderators!

Client messaged us for his tool to be developed on 03/03/2023

On 03/20/23, both client and developer agreed on price of $250 with a due date of ~10 days with all features he wanted.

On 03/21/23 client asked for a refund because he didn't trust that we could do it, which is ridiculous because my developer had already started development on his bot. A refund also goes against the terms of service he agreed to upon opening the ticket.

My developer was busy and finally sent the bot on the date of 04/01/23

The client doesn't know how to open a json file and blames it on the bot immediately calling it useless and faulty. (ridiculous) 

The client ghosts us for three days then replies on 4/4/23 (today)

Short summary - Client completely denies to show  me and the developer any realistic proof of the bot not working. He keeps crying and begging for his refund, keeps trying to scare us with his "I will open a deal dispute" excuse. Which we are completely fine with, I actually encouraged him to open one so that we can get this resolved. 

These are some of the terms the client uses to indicate that the bot is faulty - 

"The bot is lying!"
"It's designed to be lied to as you watch lol"
"An Image bot"
"You're lying to me!"
"Brother, I'm opening a topic in the forum now, I will tag other adbot sellers, you may be banned for this, do you dare?"
"I can prove it but I don't want to bother" 

Take it as you will.

If the bot is really broken, we offered to fix it for him and if we cannot, we are more than happy to refund the client.
If he doesn't want to show us proof that the bot doesn't work, that's on him. Not on us. I hope you understand and handle this dispute properly. 

Also, we don't care who reviews this bot, if there is proof that it does not work as intended to then we will fix it. We are not responsible for refunding a bot that took my developer several days to work on, as portrayed in my servers TOS.

Lie to you about what??? You don't even want to show us PROOF of that. Razu wouldn't make a tool that doesn't work and send it to you, it doesn't work like that. If you show us proof, we will fix the bot and send you the fixed version.
