Additional Information: User said that will make for me a revolut account for 250$ after i sent him the money he said that got scammed by one of his people and would give me a good offer , an iphone with 2 accounts inside for +100 usd , totally 350 usd , asked me plus 50$ for extra stuff in order to manage that mobile phone , in the end he told me that everything of them was canceled and he will give my money back. Days have passed since then and has contacted me 2-3 more times asking for more money , thats all. Total scam is 400$ or something more.

First we agreed that ill refund him the amount or replace him his accounts.
Then he was like “I don’t even need it, you can have it”.
And for the last time we agreed once Ive collected the funds ill refund him.

I have not said I will not refund him whatsoever I just needed time and he agreed on that (2 days ago) literally -.-

This is about an other case , , lets go about to the deal dispute without interupting with other things , you admited that you scammed me my 400$ didnt you?
