Additional Information: Purchased a google voice account from this seller, but this seller gave me two defective accounts. The first one was suspended upon login right after purchase. The other was defective as it requested for SMS text code through the phone number associated with account. Seller is reluctant in giving a refund, so here we are. I should've paid closer attention to the sale history of this user to know what I was getting into before purchasing such as his recent reputation comments.

Still, we working with him, but he opens this report here. He bought the account from me with a first-time login warranty, but after used his account got suspended. Then he asked me for a refund, not a replacement because his use purpose was already done. Then I sent a replacement, but he returned and asked me for a refund I told him after the check, I would send a replacement, and I told him we don't send a refund for worked accounts. But he opens this scam report. I think he is a previous enemy on this forum.

You sent me a replacement that was another defective account, asking me to prove my verification through SMS text. And the SMS text is not provided to me. 

And the account was already suspended upon login within a few hours of purchase. Excuse me?

First account - Phone number doesn't work
Second account - Google voice requires a text sms because account was "logged in too many times" right when I first logged in to see if it works or not. Thus, I don't even have access to your replacement. 

I'm a previous enemy of you? I don't even know you. Your thread happened to have the words "google voice" when I searched it up on this platform. Didn't know you would offer me joke service, with defective accounts. Now you're defending your policies because "you already issued me a replacement." Bro, your replacement doesn't work either. Stop fucking scamming people.

Check the previous rep on your profile from Specter1. He had the same issued as me. I should've read his reputation comment first before buying from you

It's not cool how you're defending yourself all just for $12. But I really cannot allow you to keep deceiving people with your "policies" even though I logged in first times for both account and they're defective. I am just confused how you're still on this platform with your deception of defective accounts and using your policy to protect them.

First, I want to say, when i still working on your issue, why did you open this scam report in a hurry?
Those types of accounts can come with any error. This is normal.

Second, you told me your account didn't receive a phone call. This is funny. It's never possible, as per your sending screenshot. So you log in and use it already. Then, intensionally you violate any rule Google suspended. But I already sent a replacement. Then you are back here with a new problem, and I told you after check I'm fixing it. But you open this report.
Note, why you asked me for a refund both times. and why you take a long time to complete the account fulfillment report. and why you didn't ask me for a code if you got really verified code?

Third, if you don't agree with my warranty policy, "first-time login warranty," why do you buy it? here was the first-time login warrant but why did I send you a replacement after that I told you that after checking I'll fix it.


Fourth, I've been here for 3 years with a lot of services so why every time do I face this problem with this same product? and your all contact type as my previous enemy. so I thought. of course I have experience in this customer handling.

I VIOLATED GOOGLE RULES? I have no idea how you're still on this platform trying to blame customers for trying to simply "log in" with the information that you provided me. Followed it step by step. And you still accuse me of breaking the rules. Brother, if logging into the account you provided with and all the docs is considered "breaking google rules," then please get off this platform as your services are very deceiving to customers. Your refusal to provide me with a simple refund has led me to create this open dispute. Tell me, if I can't simply login to the account without it being suspended upon delivery, then what else can I do with your account?

Keep the DWC on your profile and keep this dispute open, I'm not going anywhere until refund is issued for deceiving me.

You already sent me a screenshot that it was not suspended upon delivery or at first login. here https://prnt.sc/l5ofZatxDECF Suspend accounts look never like this.
Important: if you have a bad account, you can ask me for a replacement but you directly ask me for a refund!

I won't discuss this topic anymore; we can wait for our admin's decision. If they told me to send a refund, I'd do a refund. Then, I'll delete the Google Voice service from this forum to avoid those issues.
