Additional Information: Paid for shipping labels, Tried them out all of them failed. Either got stuck or didn't work at all. I contacted him and he said he would not refund me the full amount due to me "abusing" but I should not be held responsible for a service failing to provide.

I warn about not using the same details for large volume of shipments at the same time. As if one is flagged, then rest can be tracked down and marked as well. I will add screenshots of me warning others, and my FAQ.

38 labels total.
* 9 completed deliveries.

* 29 refunded where as:
---- 8 labels: same details. according to him couldn't get scanned and dropped off even though active label, got refunded.
---- 3 labels: from above, was refunded because mistakes and wanting to reschedule pickups(?)
---- 6 labels: same addresses and contact details (warned about)., 4 differenct accounts. One account taken down, linked to rest. Stuck in transit.
---- 11 labels: same addresses and contact details (warned about)., 5 different accounts. Again, linked because usage of same data. Returned to Shipper.
---- 1 labels: taken down.
---- 1 label: never used, and wanted refund.

I offer two services per international label:
Normal, and High Value.
Normal: up to 3 labels per account, for $30 per label.
High Value: 1 label per account, per customer.
He wanted normal, which I gave him discount to set price of $20 which he said he would resell.

Customer Deposit: $460
My cost per label including material, and helpers: $15 per label.
My spending on all labels: 38 * 15 = $570

I gave him $100 back. -$670.

Even after he said he'd just keep using his credits. 
Then he demand $400, then now only $300.

I already tell people about the risks. Only customer I had with this amount of issues out of thousands registered.

You said this to other people not me. I did not know this if you don't tell me all you said was the success rates. If you knew this why wouldn't you tell me when I told you I was going to make 9 of the same labels or so? Again why should I be held responsible for your labels failing to work. Then proceeding on deleting chat and blocking me.

You just fail to do your research, and ask questions, and abuse the service's refund policy (BACK TO CREDITS).

You said you would resell these labels, so what, your customers got the same refunds I gave you too or what?

When I thought refund, I'd only give $100 which I did.

But you demand $400. Which is already your deposit, which I already spent on materials. I am not going double negative on a single deposit.

Then later change your mind and say you will use credits for new labels, but you delete that message.

No wonder I block after I give fair compensation whilst already having made 0 from this.

I will just wait for what admin wants me to do.
